At Ankira Creations, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as different product categories may have specific conditions.

Eligible for Return & Refund

We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
  • Product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item is shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Intimate wear (Lingerie, innerwear, nightwear)
  • Earrings or body-touch jewellery
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Customized or altered items (e.g., blouse stitched with saree)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible for size-related issues (only applicable to eligible apparel).
  • Exchange depends on stock availability.
  • You may opt for store credit if a replacement is not available.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after collecting your bank details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item:

  • Include order ID, product details, and clear images of the issue (if any).

Our support team will verify your request.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and pickup (wherever serviceable).
Pack the item securely and hand it over to the assigned courier.

Important Notes

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet our return criteria.
Repeat return requests from the same account may be reviewed for misuse.
